When the printer-error-policy is set to 'abort-job', the lpd backend can
fail with CUPS_BACKEND_STOP when the hostname cannot be resolved.  This
causes the printer to be stopped.  This seems to disregard the error
policy.

I think lpd.c should exit with CUPS_BACKEND_FAILED in that case.
