[cups.general] How to start CUPS at bootup

Normally cupsd is run on demand in 10.4.x by launchd - if the
following doesn't do the trick in the Terminal window:

     sudo launchctl load -w 
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.cups.cupsd.plist

then go into the System Preferences, choose Sharing, and check the
Printer Sharing button.
