Printing from OS X to Debian Cups doesn't work with AL-C1100

I figured out that the data is sent directly to the printer instead of 
processing the data through foomatic-rip.

So my question is: How can I configure the cups server to process the 
PostScript data?

Currently I have a workaround through SAMBA. But maybe anyone knows a 
better solution.
