[cups.general] Security and lp command and -u option

I have used PyKotIcon and can attest that it works as advertised.
Both PrintAgent and PyKotIcon are certainly possible solution to this  
problem.

Note : I only have experience using the solutions mentioned above with  
PyKota as the back-end accounting system.
