You could have a look at PrinterSetup. It is certainly possible to  
setup this kind of synchronization. Although, you will need to write  
some scripts to delete printers which are no longer part of the setup  
for true synchronization.

Interestingly, I am currently working on a system right now to keep  
client queues in sync from a centrally managed location.
