cups-windows errors printing pdf-files

hi Tim,

I had a similar problem with printing form acrobat reader 8.

Only the first page was printed, on the second page the error message

OFFENDING COMMAND: findresource

occured.

I changed the drivers settings inside of the windows-driver from

optimized for portabilitiy to optimized for speed.
after this it works.
