Convert ESP ppd for CUPS?

The rastertopcl, rastertoescp, and rastertoescp2 filters, as well as
all of the PPD files from ESP Print Pro, are compatible with newer
versions of CUPS.

The GUIs are the only things that will not work since they depend on
private CUPS API symbols that changed in CUPS 1.2...
