[cups.general] best place for help?

Folks,

I posted a request regarding an issue and have not seen any response on 
it.  So I am wondering if this is the right place?  The issue has to do 
with accessing a certain printer that's cups supported via win xp 
clients.  There are some messages appearing in the logs which seem to 
indicate a relationship to the problem and cups.

If this is not the right place, maybe someone could direct me?
