Thanks Helge,

The problem that I have is that this model will only print letter sized paper to tray 1.  If I specify a different tray in CUPS the printer will always ask for paper to be loaded into tray 1 OR display that the job is processing for a few seconds, then back to ready.

Being in the USA, I use letter and not A4 sized paper.  I can force the output to print A4 paper (on the printer menu) but that causes the printer to generate errors.
