[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2146: Handle certificate chains

Fixed in Subversion repository.

Looks like both the GNU TLS and CDSA code already supported certificate
chains, so I just changed the OpenSSL code to use
SSL_CTX_use_certificate_chain_file instead.
