[cups.bugs] [CRIT] STR #2907: cupsd, quiet crash

--> cups update to version 1.3.8-1
--> Now, when I touch cups, bang, "cupsd" dissapears:
                --> trying to acces localhost:631/admin...
                --> triying lp xxx.txt
                --> Printing from opera


Nothing in "/var/log/cups/error.log" or "access.log" it doesnt prints even
a line since 1.3.8-1

Debian lenny, lets say 3 weeks outdated

Any other info you can need...?
