After installing cups 1.3.8 I noticed that duplex printing no longer
worked. This was from Mac 10.5.4 via ipp to server running 1.3.8, and from
there via ipp to an HP 4350 printer. 

Looking at the output from pstops filter showed that the %%BeginFeature
sequence to set duplex on was followed later by the sequence to set it off
(the default).  This is due to the str2831 patch moving the do_setup call
in pstops.c's setup section from just after the %%BeginSetup to just
before the %%EndSetup, and so all the defaults are issued after the
incoming options instead of before.  

I fixed it for our installation by moving the do_setup call back to where
it had been, and now duplex (and other options) works. This works for us,
since we don't use openoffice, but is not a general solution.
