[cups.general] Where in CUPS can you enter the printer's

If you require a GUI for print authentication then PrintAgent, which  
is a component of PrintingWorks may be of use.

In addition, I believe there is a common print dialog project for  
LINUX. However, I am unsure of the stats of this project.
