[cups.general] Which device to use for HP LJ 4100?

The PPD I mean is to be found there:
http://openprinting.org/foomatic-db/db/source/PPD/HP/HP_LaserJet_4100_Series.ppd
and is a pure PostScript PPD (though tuned for MacOS X with repect to GUI
plugins, but that doesn't disturbe CUPS).
