[cups.general] Cups not there. No menu options no printer

Most likely this file (path may vary):

/etc/cups/cupsd.conf

Try the following out for starters:

Port 631
Listen /var/run/cups/cups.sock

Note the file is most likely not owned by your normal user so you
might need sudo to edit it.
