Raster data for Pure black text printing

Hi,

 We have a requirement like this.
If an image is printed it should printed with combination of YMC.Even if the image contains black color in it ,it should printed with YMC combination only.

If a black color text or barcode is contained ,then printing should be with pure black.

If we use CMYK and an image with black color is printed,black image part is printing with Pure black .We want that part to be printed with YMC part only.Is there any method to do the separation of image black color in YMC ink and text in pure black .
