Unsupported character set "iso-8859-1"

Hi!

Could anyone help me with following?
I'm trying to set-up CUPS 1.2 (cups-1.4svn-r7308) which has been built manually using:
 ./configure --with-languages=all --prefix=/opt/cups --with-rcdir=/opt/cups/etc/init.d/ --enable-threads

It is up and running, but when I'm tryong to check printers from client computer I'm getting:
lpstat: get-printers failed: client-error-bad-request

At this time on the server's side I see:
 CUPS-Get-Printers client-error-bad-request: Unsupported character set "iso-8859-1"!

Btw, after installation I checked installed character sets using:
ls /opt/cups/share/cups/charsets/ and there was only: utf-8

DOes anyone has any ideas? Because I really need 8859-1 and cant replace in with UTF-8 at client's side.
