The DefaultAuthType handling in cgi-bin/admin.c leaves the option's value
pointing to unallocated memory in some circumstances.

Starting with the default configuration, use the web interface to toggle
remote server administration.  The CUPS server tries to restart, and then
fails to read its configuration because the 'DefaultAuthType' line
contains gibberish.
