The Epson-supplied drivers on 10.4.x use the old-style "Tioga"
interface (pre-CUPS), so it is impossible to do "raw" printing from
Windows (or any other OS, or even on the same machine) using that
queue.

If you use the Gimp-print driver on Mac OS X, then the Windows
print jobs will print just fine.
