CUPS 1.3.5: 'connection refused' when trying to print from thecommandline...

I figured it out.

I did a 'vimdiff' between the default cupsd.conf file that comes with 1.3.5 and our customized version from 1.2.4, and found that somewhere along the way the  "Listen /opt/cups/<version#>/var/run/cups/cups.sock" line got deleted from our customized cupsd.conf file.  I added that line back in and command-line printing now works.
