I am using Firefox 3.0 on Windows XP, attempting to add a printer to Cups 1.3.7 on Fedora 8 and I am seeing the same problem.  I hit continue after specifying the Make/Manufacturer and Firefox hangs saying "Waiting for <mydomain.com>". I confirmed that trying the same operations on IE 7 from the same machine worked fine.
