CUPS takes longtime to print

Hi ,

I Have configured the CUPS(1.3.7-2) and samba PDC(3.0.28) in Fedora8.I am pushing printer Drivers from Samba Server.Here my client machine has both Linux and Windows OS.Once I configured the printer in windows client,Whenever they open the printer.It says "Opening, initializing and it connect to printer".After that I am able to take printout.
      The Issue is "it says opening,initializing for everytime when I am trying to give printout.So,It takes longtime to print.I got the below Error message in Samba Log

       Can anyone help me out in this issue.
