webinterface with firefox 3

you are right!

I tried it also on my powerbook http://localhost:631 and it worked fine
wit firefox3.

I looked into the cupsd.conf and it looked different to my linux versions of cupsd.conf (sles10/ubuntu hardy).

So I googled around and disabled https.

this means I filled in:

DefaultEncryption IfRequested

into the cupsd.conf.

After this firefox3 is working with http://<host.domain>:631 but now the traffic is not encrypted!

So in my opinion Firefox3 or cups 1.3.x is broken.

I open a str!
