(solved] CUPS 1.1.21 can't handle with ipp for network printer, but with socket

Just for your knowledge and as food for google:
CUPS 1.1.21 (Suse 9.2) can't print using ipp to network printer like 
HL5270: the jobs are printed, printer is "disabled" and ehe job is 
requeued. So if the printer queue is enabled the job is printed again 
and the queue disabled again and again requeued.

Solution use socked instead of ipp:
DeviceURI socket://192.168.0.249:9100/
insted of
DeviceURI ipp://192.168.10.54:631/ipp
and all works find.
