Does OSX 10.3.9 support CUPS driver?

Hello,

My CUPS printer driver cannot be installed on OSX 10.3.9.

For 10.4 and 10.5, after install the driver, I can add the printer in printer center by specify the driver.

But for 10.3.9, there is no UI to do the same operation.

How can I specify my printer to use the CUPS driver?
