[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2879: Problem with java printing

This is a known bug in Java with CUPS 1.3.  Their IPP implementation does
not support the full range of IPP attributes and types and breaks with the
newer CUPS.

Please complain about this to Sun - I believe they have an update which
fixes it.
