It seems that this problem only occurs if the protocol is encrypted eg.
with https.

If the choose-make.tmpl file contains the ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data"
and protocol in unecrypted eg. plain http. Firefox submits the form just
fine. If the protocol is encrypted eg. https then Firefox3 won't submit
the form and the browser just hangs.
