[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2891: NullPointerException with Java printing

This is a Java bug - basically they do not handle the "noValue" value tag
for orientation-requested-default, which is REQUIRED for any client
conforming to the IPP standard.

I believe there is an update available from Sun that fixes this bug.
