[cups.general] Smart Printer Pfd selection

It is possible as long as the PPD file indicates that the printer
accepts PDF directly via a cupsFilter keyword.  That said, any current
PDF printer needs to apply all of the CUPS options itself - a
"pdftopdf" filter is being developed by the OpenPrinting Japan team
that will allow PDF printers to "just work" with a null (-) filter
for application/vnd.cups-pdf.
