[cups.general] Setting up remote printing server and client - how?

The CUPS web page on the server is a good place to start :

Visit the following URL http://127.0.0.1:631 with a browser on the  
print server. Next, enable sharing on the queues you wish to share.  
Depending on your configuration you may need to do some other steps.  
However, on most generic configurations, this is all which is required  
to enable a shared queue. From memory only the later versions of CUPS  
have a web admin interface for this option for enabling sharing.
