Prevent submitting a print job as another user

Hi!

My company runs lots of linux pc-pools with CUPS as printing system (versions from 1.2.4). We use the submitted originating user for print job accounting.

The question is: How to prevent users from submitting print jobs as another user (e.g 'lp -u <user>' or 'cupsdoprint -U <user>')? Do you have any ideas?
