[cups.general] Failing HTTP tests.

OK, "BIGD-BLUE" is not resolving, which means either it is not in
your /etc/hosts file or the nsswitch.conf file does not point hosts
to "files".

I've updated the test to show the name that is being looked up, but
basically this means your system isn't configured properly...
