Adding printer through command line

Hi,

I have installed cups-1.3.7 in HP-UX 11.11.
I have added printer through cups UI. when i give lpstat -p command, no printers got listed.

Why my printers added through UI is not listed when i gave lpstat -p -d.

then i tried to add printer through command line.
lpadmin -ptesting -vlpd://..../print -m...ppd
error: ...ppd non existent in model directory.

I placed my ppd in /lib/lp/model/...ppd

where should i place my ppd file. cups directory does not have model directory.

any hint??
