Backend not detects USB printer

No, the libusb-based USB backend in CUPS 1.4 only supports printer
class devices.  Like I said, if your USB card printer does not
report itself as a printer device (use "lsusb" to show), then the
usb backend will not work with it.

That said, you may be able to use the CUPS 1.4 usb-libusb.c code as
a template for your own backend.
