[cups.general] Sync cups configuration with second machine

Hello,

if I did understand the presentation printersetup is not made for a 
windows->samba->cups printing environment.

In this config we have to sync cups and samba configuration files 
Probably it would be better to use a windows-IPP -> cups config.
