[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2853: rss 404 error OpenSuse

Hi,

I've installed cups 1.3.7 on a 64 bit opensuse machine and have this
problem where when I subscribe a printer , cups has no issue with that but
when I click the subscription rss url I get a 404 error. Now I found a
suggestions on a forum to create and 777 a rss directory in
/var/cache/cups/ which would solve this problem. No such luck. Can anyone
tell me where to find this rss feed directory on linux or perhaps do I
have to set special security settings in cupsd.conf.
