[cups.general] Cups Install HPUX 11.23

Some help please.
This worked before with no issues, made a change, now fails.
Ran configure --prefix-/usr/local/cups
configure OK.
Ran make,   OK.
Ran make test, took defaults,  OK.
Ran install,  got the following errors.
