More seriously, seems to me -U only makes sense if you're using some
form of authentication. (then again I'm kinda unable to use CUPS any
more until I can replace all our ppds --- changing ppd parser to be
so pedantic that no windows ppds work any more doesn't help much with
compatibility...)
