System: Windows XP SP2, CUPS driver for Windows 6.0

When printing documents containing high resolution images from Adobe
InDesign CS3, the print job transferred to the printer is aborted just
after the EndSetup comment line (one additional line doing a save is still
present). 

When, instead of printing, writing a PostScript file, the job contains
pages the size of which is somewhere between 100 and 250 megabytes.

Note than InDesign prints nearly all stuff using the "pass through"
mechanism.

When using the driver without the CUPSxx6 stuff, printing is OK.
