To provide a way to translate all strings in cupsIPPReason

// in drv file
Attribute cupsIPPReason "com.vendor-printerOff-warning/Your printer is
off"
"text:Your%20printer%20is%20off.%20Please%20turn%20on%20your%20printer."

// in es.po file
msgid "Your printer is off"
msgString "Your printer is off Spanish"

The problem I see here is translating the text inside the double quotes.
In this case,
text:Your%20printer%20is%20off.%20Please%20turn%20on%20your%20printer."
