Can I stop CUPS from automatically adding remoteprinters?

For CUPS 1.1.x, see the comments on "Browsing" and
related in the cupsd.conf file (that one that
is originally delivered) and either turn browing off
completely or exclude the hosts the printers
of which you don't want from browsing.
