I tried one of those and the usb connector was flakey so I took it 
back.  I finally opted for the 5240 which does support BR Script and 
seems to work flawlessly with CUPS on Linux.  Staples gave me the 5240 
for ~ $140.  Not much more than the 2140.  I'd return it if it's still 
in that time period.
