Bug #2831: pstops filter, OpenOffice.org, and %%IncludeFeature

Hello All,
I think I've managed to hunt down a bug that's been hanging me, and a few others up.  I've filed: http://www.cups.org/str.php?L2831
and provided a patch, it basically just involved moving the ordering of some of the code around, and adding a (what I perceived to be) missing %%IncludeFeature check.

Have a look, and tell me if I'm on crack.
