[cups.general] lp/lpr hangs on local machine while send print job

ESP Print Pro is not compatible with CUPS 1.2 or higher.  More
specifically, ESP Print Pro came with CUPS 1.1.23 bundled in and
tightly integrated, so you basically can't use it with newer versions
of CUPS.
