PreserveJobFiles refers to the document files in the jobs, while
PreserveJobHistory refers to the jobs.  If you don't preserve the
job history, the documents go when the jobs go.

So no, for getting rid of old jobs automatically the only directive
you need to set is "PreserveJobHistory No".
