Problem with CUPS 1.2.4

Dear sir,

We are using CUPS 1.2.4 in server. We are facing problem, when clients giving printout pages are not counting, its shows defaultly "one". We are using 2015 dn laserjet  network printer.

Another thing, we are using preserv job files option in cupsd.conf file. Please let me know, where is the default location of the preserved job files stores??

Kindly revert back as soon as possbile.
