Localization on OSX 10.4

Hi Mike,

On Tiger, enter Printer Feature tab, all the custom parts are in English no matter what language you selected in preferences.

The same driver on Leopard, everythhing works fine.

Does CUPS 1.1.23 does not support well for localization?
