[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3003: Incompatibility with Java 1.6

This is a bug in the Java implementation of IPP. They don't support the
noValue tag used when orientation-requested-default is undefined.

Patches have been sent to Sun, but as of yet have not been included in any
updated from them.

A workaround is to use:

    lpadmin -p printer -o orientation-requested-default=3

to force a default (portrait) until Sun fixes Java.
