[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3006: A3 pdf prints incorrectly on A4 paper, paper size detect does not work

When i print this A3 file by
lpr -P<printername> <filename>
it is printed to A4 paper instead of A3 paper.
This occurs after the change to cups 1.3.8. With 1.2.7 it works like
expected and the same command prints the same file on A3 paper.
