[cups.bugs] [CRIT] STR #3007: CUPS can no longer translate strings.

Installed cups 1.4b1 in Mac OS  X Leopard.
After running ppdc, found in the generated PPD that  CUPS no longer
translate strings, all are in English.

Attached drv and the generated  ppd.
